In 2018, Swayam Vocational Training was launched with an aim to empower children throughout their lives. It aims to train students about the skill training, concept of a job and job related functional academics. The goal and function is to provide them with skills to secure employment opportunities for independent living.

The children should feel self-sufficient and independent and their limitations should only be their building blocks. The young adults in Swayam are trained in various skills like cooking, stitching, painting, art and craft, stacking things which will enable them to achieve the goal of financial independence in future. There are sheltered workshops in school wherein the children work and made products under the guidance of the special educators. The profits made from the same are given to the adults enabling them to have financial independence.
